SI 6.1 Start Line & 7.1 Finish Line: The starting and finishing line will be between the southernmost corner of the Anchorage Marina Dock C white tower, N 39°16.722’ W 76°35.008’ following a line bearing 212° to the easternmost corner of the Silo Point Tower, N 39°16.176' W 76°35.279'.
